Our mission at Daikin is to drive innovation and streamline processes in all aspects of our business. To achieve this, we aim to revolutionize our current old-school, manual processes, which are burdened with paperwork, and replace them with cutting-edge digital solutions.
We recognize the need to transform our fragmented and unfocused partner network into a cohesive and linked data system that spans the entire lifecycle of our products. With our new system, participants can access real-time updates on specifications and reports, creating a more efficient and effective workflow.
Furthermore, we are committed to creating effective sales campaigns and boosting our service sales through innovative strategies. We are building Daikin's smart device management and connection system, which will enable us to link our global production, sales, and after-sales distribution channels.
Finally, to ensure consistent and unified management across all Daikin Global operations, we are creating a comprehensive and integrated management system. This approach will enable us to optimize our business processes, maximize efficiency, and ultimately drive our growth and success.
My Role in project
As the lead for the UI-UX team for Daikin Eco-System, my responsibility spans the entire spectrum of aesthetic design of the product. I work towards not only analyzing user behavior but also actively seeking feedback from our customers to provide the most optimal treatment for the system. With an aim to ensure ease of use and seamless user experience, I strive to make the system as user-friendly as possible.
The scope of my work includes a wide range of systems such as the internal system, ERP, warehouse management, e-commerce, and KPI types. It is truly an exciting challenge to design these complex systems in a way that is intuitive and engaging to users.
My efforts are part of a larger mission to digitize Daikin's global business, and replace all traditional tools and apps with cutting-edge digital solutions. This case study is a testament to the success of our approach in transforming business operations and streamlining workflows.
