FE Credit, one of Vietnam's leading lending companies, is looking to recruit up to 4000 new employees each month, expanding their current team of over 20,000. As part of this growth, they need a centralized management system to efficiently process candidates' data and digitize vast amounts of information.
With over 1000 titles and hundreds of branches to manage, labels need to be divided, and data entry automated for easy file classification. FE Credit also aims to build a social network that can connect and manage their extensive workforce.
To support this massive undertaking, we will develop a large-scale data collection and information extraction system, providing detailed insights into each employee's performance. And to streamline internal processes, we will create an application system that allows employees and managers to easily access and manage their accounts.
Our goal is to create an ecosystem that supports FE Credit's growth and helps them continue to provide excellent service to their customers. My Role in project
As the Leader of the UI-UX Design team, I play a critical role in shaping the design and user experience of the project. My expertise in user-centered design principles and knowledge of industry best practices will guide the team in developing an intuitive and engaging product. My leadership skills will be instrumental in bringing the team together and fostering a collaborative work environment. I will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring that the end result meets the project's objectives and exceeds user expectations. With your leadership and vision, the UI-UX Design team will create a product that stands out in the market and delivers a seamless user experience.
